This page holds two different kinds of number, and keeps them apart. The first is operational — what happened inside our own rooms, which nobody else can publish. The second is public market data we cite, with the source named so you can check it. We do not blend the two into a single story.
These are counts from our own events and membership records, not estimates and not projections.
15,000 registered members · 3,000 who have become clients · 1,000 families with completed cross-border allocations · 8 cities where we run events: Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Suzhou.
15–20 events a year. Private salons run at 50–80 guests; the annual HNW Wealth Summit is capped at 98 seats. Every event in our history has produced transactions — not a claim about returns, a statement about attendance quality.
London, July 2025, with LONDON SQUARE as partner: 103 attendees, of whom 46 qualified as high-net-worth by our criteria, producing 30 expressed intentions, with 95% satisfaction reported. This is the clearest single record we have of how a room converts, and it is the reason we keep the rooms small.
We do not publish an average transaction value per event, and we do not publish projected returns for any project. Both numbers exist in this industry; neither survives contact with a reader who checks.
These come from public registries and published research. We re-check them quarterly and we date them, because a market number without a date is a rumour. Where a figure has moved since we last verified it, we say so rather than update silently.

Chinese buyers accounted for 6–9% of Dubai transactions in 2026 depending on the quarter and the measure — roughly double their 2025 share of about 4%. A large delivery wave is underway, which makes the specific postcode, not the city, the decisive variable. Source: Dubai Land Department nationality data as reported for Q1–Q3 2026.
Resale prices across the 23 wards rose 34.6% year on year to JPY 103.93 million per 70 sqm — published January 2026, covering 2025 — on constrained new supply. Net rental income after costs and tax remains thin. Source: Tokyo Kantei, January 2026.

Overseas assets make up about 15% of investable assets on average, down 1.1 percentage points from a year earlier. Hong Kong remains the preferred overseas destination at 43%, followed by the United States at 26%. The shift is slower than the conversation about it suggests — which is the point. Source: Hurun 2026 Best of the Best report (470 respondents, avg. investable assets RMB 23 million).
Section one is operational: it describes what we did and what happened, and it is the only thing here you cannot get elsewhere. Section two is cited: it is other people's data, and the source line matters more than our summary of it.
If you are writing about the China market, you may quote section one with attribution to CORNERSTONE and a link to this page. For section two, please go to the original source — we would rather you check than trust us.

Developer-facing breakdowns — attendance quality by city, question patterns from the floor, follow-up conversion windows — are available on request under a simple condition: we ask what you intend to use them for.
